The Skolapios\/Piarist describe our mission as follows:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We, the escolapios, religious and lay people, \u201ccooperators of the truth\u201d,<\/p>\n
like Saint Joseph Calasanz<\/p>\n
we feel sent by Christ and by the Church<\/p>\n
to evangelize educating<\/p>\n
children and the youth, especially the poor ones, from early childhood, through the integration<\/p>\n
of Faith and of Culture (Piety and Learning)<\/p>\n
to renew the Church and to transform the society<\/p>\n
in accordance with the Gospel\u2019s values,<\/p>\n
creating fraternity.<\/p>\n
For that, we have received<\/p>\n
a charism that comes from God,<\/p>\n
a history, a spirituality, a proper pedagogy, people in communion,<\/p>\n
schools and specific institutions,<\/p>\n
that allow us to make Jesus, the Master, and<\/p>\n
the Motherhood of His Church present in the little ones.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
This mission is carried out in different ways in our presences in Indonesia and East Timor, as you can see.<\/p>\n
